Nihongo no Jikan (the "Site") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.

We do not directly collect personal information from users unless voluntarily provided.

2. Account Features

The Site itself does not store your donation amount or email address. We retain only limited records associated with your donation (such as Stripe identifiers, the donation type, and its status). If you are signed in, we associate your donation with your account so we can recognize your support.

6. Problem Reports
The Site provides a feature that allows you to report problems you encounter. When you submit a report, we collect and store the information you provide (such as your description of the problem) together with technical information needed to investigate it: the URL of the page, browser and device information, your IP address and approximate country, recent console and network logs from your browser session, and — if you choose to include it — a screenshot of the page.
If you are signed in, the report is associated with your account.
Screenshots and other report data are never published on the Site. They are accessible only to the Site operator and are used solely to investigate and fix the reported problem. Screenshots are deleted when a report is no longer needed.
You can remove or replace the screenshot before submitting if it contains information you do not want to share.
7. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services (such as video hosting platforms, authentication services, and payment processing).
These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
